There are lots of perks to having a pet (one being unconditional love). However, dating can be complicated for a pet parent. Not only does your potential partner have to check your boxes, but they also have to be compatible with your four-legged friends. In this week’s Modern Love essay, a divorced woman with two dogs, who wasn’t having much luck dating, unexpectedly found love by Chance (and Tilly, too).
